  • Checks maid payable to PGC (put singer name in the memo)
  • Total your money amounts and orders at the bottom please!
  • Delivery on rehearsal nights for your orders January 27, 28, 30
  • Sell Pastries at prices on sheet, profit indicated on photo above
  • Local Customers only - does not ship outside of Phoenix. You must be able to pick up your order at choir and deliver (or ship) the products to the people you sell to.
